Today, Gemini is a thriving employee owned company with approximately 180 employee-owners. These employee-owners staff and operate our facilities across the nation and service our business throughout North America.

Chris Hicks
President/Chief Executive Officer
Chris has served as President/CEO of Gemini since 2018.
He joined Gemini in 2012 and has held multiple sales management roles including Vice-President of Industrial Sales and Vice-President of Sales.
Jason Melton
Chief Operations Officer
Jason has been with Gemini since 2007 and was appointed as Vice President of Operations in 2015. Jason provides strategic leadership and planning for Gemini’s manufacturing and operations teams.
Rodney Wickersham
Chief Information Officer
Rodney joined Gemini in 2003 as the Customer Service Manager and moved to the role of Marketing/Business Analyst in 2012, before being appointed as Chief Information Officer in 2015.
Jenny Cripps
Chief Financial Officer
Jenny joined Gemini in 2023. Her responsibilities include departmental oversight of accounting and finance. She has nearly 20 years of finance and accounting experience across a variety of industries including energy, technology and manufacturing. She has work experience in at least 25 countries, having also lived in Norway and London.
