(EL RENO, Okla.) – Gemini Coatings, a 100% employee-owned wood coatings manufacturing company, has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Rudd Company, Inc., an independently owned wood coatingsmanufacturer based in Seattle, Washington.
