Gem Glo® Brushing Lacquer

gemglo.combo (med).jpg Gem Glo brushing lacquer is a medium-solids, AIM compliant coating formulated to meet or exceed federal VOC regulations.  This self-sealing system is formulated with high-quality, imported nitrocellulose and a resin package designed to dry slower for brush application.  This system is intended for use on interior architectural or decorative woodwork and should not be utilized as a system for furniture, cabinetry or where chemical and water resistance are required.  Not intended for use over light or natural stains where clarity and non-yellowing are critical.

Product Preparation & Application


Material Preparation:   If reduction is required use only Lacquer Thinner.

Application:   We recommend a maximum of 3 coats at 3-4 mils wet film build per coat.

Clean-up:   Use #500 Lacquer Thinner to clean all equipment.  Dispose of in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulation regarding pollution.
